JazzyDicts are a big set of dictionaries in Jazzy format. They can be used in all sorts of software, not only software using Jazzy, which implements spell checking functionality. These dictionaries were originally derived from OpenOffice.org dictionaries

locale4j is a Java library for working with localization data. The library currently supports the TMX file format. Future versions will support XLIFF, po and resource bundles. Translations can also be stored in memory or in a database for use at runtime.
