It extracts all strings literals of a program code into a single file, so you can translate this file with an free online translator like google translate , then rebuilds the new program with the translated text data.

This python module supports parsing, receiving and sending those blocks (with UDP Multicast only). This program takes an Access db (.mdb) and converts it to postgreSQL. It's not complete, but will do most of the hardwork without asking you money, nor put anything inside your data "until you register". Tell if it's useful, so I can finish it.
