The VSCodium project exists so that you don’t have to download+build from source. Since it uses the latest technology, WinPen is available for Windows Server 2008 and above. Users without the latest update (SRV2008, SRV2012, Vista, 7) will have to download the Installer for .NET 4.6 from Microsoft (link is in ReadMe.txt).
