A collection of ACO algorithms for the data mining classification task
MYRA is a collection of Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithms for the data mining classification task. It includes popular rule induction and decision tree induction algorithms. The algorithms are ready to be used from the command line or can be easily called from your own Java code. They are build using a modular architecture, so they can be easily extended to incorporate different procedures and/or use different parameter values.
GUI Ant-Miner is a tool for extracting classification rules from data. It is an updated version of a data mining algorithm called Ant-Miner (Ant Colony-based Data Miner).
Stop Cyber Threats with VM-Series Next-Gen Firewall on Azure

Gain integrated visibility across all traffic in a single pass. Deploy Palo Alto Networks VM-Series to determine application identity and content while automating security policy updates via rich APIs.
The Java Data Mining Package (JDMP) is a library that provides methods for analyzing data with the help of machine learning algorithms (e.g. clustering, classification, graphical models, neural networks, Bayesian networks, text processing, optimization).
Libagf is a machine learning library that includes adaptive kernel density estimators using Gaussian kernels and k-nearest neighbours. Operations include statistical classification, interpolation/non-linear regression and pdf estimation. For statistical classification there is a borders training feature for creating fast and general pre-trained models that nonetheless return the conditional probabilities. Libagf also includes clustering algorithms as well as comparison and validation routines. It is written in C++.
JBoost is a simple, robust system for classification. JBoost contains implementations of several boosting algorithms in an alternating decision tree framework. In addition, JBoost provides extensible software for adding more learning algorithms.
ThManager is a tool for creating and visualizing knowledge organization models, such as thesauri, classification schemes, glosaries and other types of controlled vocabulary in SKOS format
Semtinel is an application framework for the semi-automatic creation, maintenance and analysis of hierarchical concept schemes (thesaurus, classification or ontology). Semtinel supports the development of new analysis methods and visualization techniques
Deploy in 115+ regions with the modern database for every enterprise.
MongoDB Atlas gives you the freedom to build and run modern applications anywhere—across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. With global availability in over 115 regions, Atlas lets you deploy close to your users, meet compliance needs, and scale with confidence across any geography.
Feating constructs a classification ensemble comprising a set of local models. It is effective at reducing the error of both stable and unstable learners, including SVM. For details see the paper at http://dx.doi.org/10.1007/s10994-010-5224-5.
Research Assistant is a free multi-platform open source project (C++/Qt) for researchers to ease their work in classification of any kind of information. It is going to be more than just a MS OneNote analog. For now it is under development.
T-Rex (Trainable Relation Extraction) is a highly configurable machine learning-based Information Extraction from Text framework, which includes tools for document classification, entity extraction and relation extraction.
The Databionics ESOM Tools offer many data mining tasks using Emergent Self-Organizing Maps. Visualization, clustering, and classification of high-dimensional data using databionics principles can be performed interactively or automatically.
Qualiweb aims at providing semantic web metrics for modeling a website visitors needs according to a given taxonomy or document classification. Web metrics provided by Qualiweb give an indication of how successful each of the website topics have been.
Thea, Tools for High-throughput Experiment Analysis, is an integrated information processing system dedicated to the annotation of data issued from classification systems with biological information coming from a knowledge base.
JUDGE (Java Utility for Document Genre Eduction) features automatic classification and clustering of documents, optionally as a webservice.
The program is written entirely in Java and makes use of the Weka machine learning toolkit.
Pattern recognition software package. It includes several classification and clustering algorithms. It can read data from a
set of images, an ASCII file or a JDBC connection. A small TCP data server with its corresponding JDBC driver is included.
