    FastQC

    FastQC

A quality control analysis tool for high throughput sequencing data

FastQC is a quality control analysis tool designed to spot potential problems in high throughput sequencing datasets. Its goal is to provide a simple way by which to check the quality of raw sequence data coming from high throughput sequencing pipelines. It does this by running a modular set of analyses on one or more raw sequence files in fastq or bam format. It then produces a report summarizing the results, and highlighting any areas where the library may appear unusual. This should then...

    ecang

    ecang

Ethercat analyzer. Pcapng (by wireshark) to cvs files converter.

To diagnose a problem or simply to study the internal flow of information in an ethercat fieldbus, one of the common practices is to capture the flow of ethercat datagrams with an ethernet sniffer such as Wireshark (www.wireshark.org). Wireshark provides some filters to facilitate data analysis but the high amount of recorded information still makes an analysis complicated for many people who do not have a very deep knowledge of the ethercat protocol and Wireshark tools.

    GridLAB-D
...It incorporates advanced modeling techniques with high-performance algorithms to deliver the latest in end-use load modeling technology integrated with three-phase unbalanced power flow, and retail market systems. Historically, the inability to effectively model and evaluate smart grid technologies has been a barrier to adoption; GridLAB-D is designed to address this problem. User documentation can be found at: http://gridlab-d.shoutwiki.com/wiki/Quick_links The source code is available from GitHub. See https://github.com/gridlab-d/gridlab-d. Issue tracking is handled by GitHub. See https://github.com/gridlab-d/gridlab-d/issues.

    Priority Estimation Tool (AHP)

    Priority Estimation Tool (AHP)

PriEsT is a decision making tool for Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).

Priorty Estimation Tool (PriEsT) is a decision analysis tool. You can use it for ranking the options you have, or alternatively, you may use it for resource allocation (budgeting) problems. In PriEsT, you enter a list of available options and then define your criteria for prioritization. After defining criteria, PriEsT allows you to enter your judgements against each criterion, which are then used to calculate the final ranking (or weights). Please cite this if you find it...

owl reasoning over big biomedical data

A OWL reasoning framework for the analysis of big biomedical data

...OWL reasoning method is ideally suitable for problems involved complex semantic associations because it is able to infer logical consequences based on a set of asserted rules or axioms. MapReduce framework isused to solve the problem of scalability. In our experiment, we focus on the discovery of associations between Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western Medicine (WM).

    Functional Mechanism

    Functional Mechanism

    Regression Analysis under Differential Privacy

Functional Mechanism is a differentially private method designed for a large class of optimization-based analyses. The main idea is to enforce epsilon-differential privacy by perturbing the objective function of the optimization problem, rather than its results. Please cite the following paper if you choose to use this code: J. Zhang, Z. Zhang, X. Xiao, Y. Yang, and M. Winslett. Functional Mechanism: Regression Analysis under Differential Privacy. VKAS - a genetic function finder

VKAS - a genetic function finder

An AI program that deploys genetic programming

VKAS uses genetic programming methods to find out the relationship among a set of independent and dependent variable. It is a problem solver software which uses evolutionary computing methods. When vkas is run, it creates a population of chromosomes at random. This population is then genetically modified and next population is generated. Each population is subjected to fitness calculation and if a suitable answer chromosome is found then vkas stops and the answer is printed. ...
