The Modular toolkit for Data Processing (MDP) is a Python data processing framework. From the user's perspective, MDP is a collection of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms and other data processing units that can be combined into data processing sequences and more complex feed-forward network architectures. From the scientific developer's perspective, MDP is a modular framework, which can easily be expanded. The implementation of new algorithms is easy and intuitive. The new implemented units are then automatically integrated with the rest of the library. The base of available algorithms is steadily increasing and includes signal processing methods (Principal Component Analysis, Independent Component Analysis, Slow Feature Analysis), manifold learning methods ([Hessian] Locally Linear Embedding), several classifiers, probabilistic methods (Factor Analysis, RBM), data pre-processing methods, and many others.

The package implements a variety of tools for categorization of multivariate data such as boosted decision trees, bagging and random forest, bump hunting (PRIM), a multi-class learner and others.

String-oriented I/O is supported. A rich set of GTK+ GUI widgets is provided.

GUI based VB.net line count program for multiple extensions. The count is executed by folder, not by individual files. Includes the option to create and save the count to an excel workbook. Counts are accurate for .cpp and .h file types.

Java Kohonen Neural Network Library Kohonen neural network library is a set of classes and functions for design, train and use Kohonen network (self organizing map).

BinCoMerge is a binary files diff at byte resolution. It shows hexadecimal and raw ASCII data. BinCoMerge is seeking for common blocks from the bigger ones to the lower ones. It works by levels of minimum block sizes which are powers of 2. For example, with a file sizing between 16 KiB and 32 KiB, Bincomerge will firstly seek for all common blocks bigger than 16 KiB. Then, it will seek for all common bigger than 8 KiB, then 4KiB, 2KiB, 1024 Bytes... Because it works by levels, BinCoMerge can show some results before it finishes.

Set of Ant filters that can be used to gather statistics from files or resources. It is mainly used for log files analysis. It allows to: - count inputs - count occurrences of each input - calculate average, max and min values of floats in input
