Cyrus IMAPd is a popular IMAP server that surfaces a rich interface for extending its functionality. The Cyrus IMAPd Utilities project brings together maintenance utilities, graphical front-ends, and API handlers (such as notification daemons).

Restores Cyrus (IMAP server) emails from Cyrus file repository. It crawls Cyrus file repository, finds emails and adds them to an IMAP server, preserving folder structure.

WING is an Apache/mod_perl based system which allows users to access email held on an IMAP server via any web browser.

The idea is to build an email archive system for lazy people ... like me ;-). At first you can move messages by date in a dedicated mailbox on-line.
