    ReViMS

    ReViMS

ReViMS, a 3D volume rendering tool for light-sheet/confocal microscopy

Reconstruction and Visualization from Multiple Sections (ReViMS), an open-source, user-friendly software for automatically estimating volume and several other features of 3D multicellular aggregates (i.e., cancer spheroid, zebrafish, fruit fly). ReViMS requires a z-stack of 2D binary masks, obtained by segmenting a sequence of fluorescent images acquired by scanning the aggregate along the z axis, using a confocal or a light-sheet fluorescent microscope.

    CT4AM

    CT4AM

Tools for 3D image analysis of additively manufactured parts

...It is written in C++ and provides small, problem-specific applications for viewing, analysing and visualising of volumetric data from micro-CT scans with respect to the complex process parameters and characteristics of additive manufacturing. Moreover, data analysis and processing of G-code are key assets of the project. The main objective is not to provide yet another complex application for volume data visualization and medical image processing. Instead, CT4AM is a collection of small and simple apps that have already been successfully used to solve various problems in materials science and process visualization. ...

    ReViSP

    ReViSP

ReViSP, a 3D volume rendering MATLAB tool for multicellular spheroids

Reconstruction and Visualization from a Single Projection (ReViSP) tool: a 3D volume rendering method we developed to reconstruct the 3D shape of multicellular spheroids, besides estimating the volume by counting the voxels (3D pixels) fully included in the 3D surface. ReViSP is written in MATLAB (The MathWorks, Inc., Massachusetts, USA) and the source code is freely provided.

    WrapImaJ

Multi-platform API for Image Processing systems in Life Sciences

WrapImaJ purposes to be a multi-platform wrapper for different Image Processing systems for: - using the Java programming language. The purpose of WrapImaJ is not to combine an exhaustive collection of all functionalities of different imaging system, but to offer a simple, concise Application Programming Interface (API) - allowing to develop imaging software, the source code of which is independent from the underlying imaging system on which it relies. In it's current form, it...
