Effective Linear Algebra and Computer Vision Library with JAVA
OCL stands for Open Cezeri Library (yet another linear algebra and matrix library). This library provides rapid coding as matlab ease of use. To learn for library please try to use test examples at OpenCezeriLibrary\test\test. It is originally developed at el-cezeri laboratory of Siirt University, in order to establish generic framework of reusable components and software tools for machine vision, machine learning, AI and robotic applications. Currently, it holds following main concepts 1- Vision: It can access web cams, imaging source industrial cameras for manuel settings and advanced issues. Studies on accesing Leapmotion and Kinect is still under-development. 2- Machine learning: It uses Weka Software tool and some personel coded ML algorithms 3- CMatrix: Special matrix library called as CMatrix meaning Cezeri Maztrix Class. Actually it is regarded as the core of the OCL. CMatrix supports fluent interface and method chaining. -

Matlab code of machine learning algorithms in book PRML
This Matlab package implements machine learning algorithms described in the great textbook: Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning by C. Bishop (PRML). It is written purely in Matlab language. It is self-contained. There is no external dependency. This package requires Matlab R2016b or latter, since it utilizes a new Matlab syntax called Implicit expansion (a.k.a. broadcasting). It also requires Statistics Toolbox (for some simple random number generator) and Image Processing Toolbox (for reading image data). The code is extremely compact. Minimizing code length is a major goal. As a result, the core of the algorithms can be easily spotted. Many tricks for speeding up Matlab code are applied (e.g. vectorization, matrix factorization, etc.). Usually, functions in this package are orders faster than Matlab builtin ones (e.g. kmeans). Many tricks for numerical stability are applied, such as computing probability in logrithm domain, square root matrix update to enforce matrix symmetry. -

StereoWS
StereoWS developed by UCL-MSSL within the ProVisG project
Since December 2008, UCL-MSSL developed a platform independent stereo application in collaboration with JPL, NASA as a subtask of EU-FP7 PRoViSG. This work was originally proposed for two months of work, but it was rescheduled to run untill August 2011 after realising its synergetic relationship with other UCL tasks within the ProVisG project. Within this time period, UCL delivered consortium members a stereo application (called StereoWS ver. 1.0), which integrates various practical stereo tools into the JPL’s stereo rendering engine (called JADIS). In addition, a part of software (called StView ver.1.0) was ported to a web-based GIS system (e.g., ProGIS) and ProVIP as a solution for stereo visualisation. Apart from the stereo visualisation, some useful stereo tools (e.g., stereo matcher or stereo image processing tools) have been extracted from UCL’s previous development for HRSC data processing, and modified for close-range stereo imagery. -
