The RTToolbox was designed following object-oriented design principles and was implemented in the language C++. It supports the import of radiotherapy data (e.g. dose distributions and structure sets) from DICOM-RT format and other standard image processing formats by using a bridge to ITK. The RTToolbox supports the full range of radiotherapy evaluation. Tools such as DVH calculation, arithmetic operations on dose distributions and structure relationship analysis are provided as a basis for further calculations. Dose comparison indices such as Conformity Index (CI), Homogeneity Index (HI) and Conformation Number (CN), and biological models including TCP, NTCP, EUD and BED are determined from dose distributions and DVHs. The RTToolbox can be easily extended to support other data format, comparison indices and

Since December 2008, UCL-MSSL developed a platform independent stereo application in collaboration with JPL, NASA as a subtask of EU-FP7 PRoViSG. This work was originally proposed for two months of work, but it was rescheduled to run untill August 2011 after realising its synergetic relationship with other UCL tasks within the ProVisG project. Within this time period, UCL delivered consortium members a stereo application (called StereoWS ver. 1.0), which integrates various practical stereo tools into the JPL’s stereo rendering engine (called JADIS). In addition, a part of software (called StView ver.1.0) was ported to a web-based GIS system (e.g., ProGIS) and ProVIP as a solution for stereo visualisation. Apart from the stereo visualisation, some useful stereo tools (e.g., stereo matcher or stereo image processing tools) have been extracted from UCL’s previous development for HRSC data processing, and modified for close-range stereo imagery.

Spotfinder is an image processing software tool for microarray image analisys. It is written on C++ with QT GUI toolkit and runs on Windows, X11, and Mac OSX.

This project is intended to house classes and utilities for the control of telescopes and for processing of astrographs. In this first installation only a class for modeling rotations SO(3) and its Lie algebra is present. A telescope pointing model and other classes should follow before long. These classes are intended primarily for .Net developers. .Net assemblies are included.
