OCL stands for Open Cezeri Library (yet another linear algebra and matrix library). This library provides rapid coding as matlab ease of use. To learn for library please try to use test examples at OpenCezeriLibrary\test\test. It is originally developed at el-cezeri laboratory of Siirt University, in order to establish generic framework of reusable components and software tools for machine vision, machine learning, AI and robotic applications. Currently, it holds following main concepts 1- Vision: It can access web cams, imaging source industrial cameras for manuel settings and advanced issues. Studies on accesing Leapmotion and Kinect is still under-development. 2- Machine learning: It uses Weka Software tool and some personel coded ML algorithms 3- CMatrix: Special matrix library called as CMatrix meaning Cezeri Maztrix Class. Actually it is regarded as the core of the OCL. CMatrix supports fluent interface and method chaining.

The OpenCMISS-Zinc Library (opencmiss.org/zinc), or Zinc, is a software library for building interactive graphical modelling and visualisation applications. Models are represented in Zinc as mathematical fields defined over domains, including finite elements with support for high-order basis functions, complex parameter mappings and time variation, and image-based fields. Further fields can be defined by mathematical expressions and algorithms on existing fields, including image processing filters. Zinc model data structures are dynamic, supporting interactive applications which programmatically create, destroy and modify parts of models.

The RTToolbox was designed following object-oriented design principles and was implemented in the language C++. It supports the import of radiotherapy data (e.g. dose distributions and structure sets) from DICOM-RT format and other standard image processing formats by using a bridge to ITK. The RTToolbox supports the full range of radiotherapy evaluation. Tools such as DVH calculation, arithmetic operations on dose distributions and structure relationship analysis are provided as a basis for further calculations. GeoSciPy is a set of C and Python functions that provide an API for all aspects of Geoscience and Remote Sensing Applications. Functions include reading/writing of many data formats, images, vectors, ..., and processing of images, vectors, ... including map projections, ... The library is written C, using HDF5 as the file format for storage of all remotely-sensed data and ancillary data, as well as processed data. The C functions assume a particular format for the HDF5 file contents, and provide functions for reading and writing data to such files. There is also a Python API that provides a procedural as well as an object-oriented interface to these functions. A Python GUI for interacting with such datasets is also part of the project. While there are other open-source GIS, and image-processing packages available, this one is designed to be comprehensive, work on 3 major platforms, user-extensible, fast, and able to handle huge datasets.
