WebPic is an application made for managing pictures taken from a digital camera. It allows you to scale and add descriptions to your images, and write html pages in varying format for web viewing.

This program will allow you to extraxt .jpg files from Webshots Collection files (.wbc) on your harddisk. It's able to extract all images from the collections. Superfast operations. (wbz support will follow)

Wosaic is an open source project that allows you to recreate an existing image by using many smaller images, as shown above. Currently we support pictures from Flickr and local sources.

abcCairo is a project to create a Cairo backend for abcm2ps, enabling it to generate output in the formats supported by the Cairo library; PNG, SVG and PDF. abcm2ps is a command line program written by Jean-François Moine which converts abc music notation to music sheet in PostScript or SVG format. It is an extension of Michael Methfessel's abc2ps. This project takes out the PostScript commands to generate various musical symbols and instead replaces them with Cairo function calls that generate the same musical symbols. The Cairo graphics library is an open-source graphics library offering a similar 2D graphics model to PostScript. The Cairo library can write to a GTK canvas, allowing integration with programs using the GTK+ toolkit, or it can write to an image file in a choice of formats: PNG, SVG or PDF. This means that other programs can have access to the abcm2ps music-rendering capability without having to incorporate a PostScript interpreter.

asciiVision is a free, simple and basic image to ASCII converter. It is simple and ready to use.

Autoplot is a simple Perl script to plot Gnuplot files with simple dependency checking and conversion of the plots to different formats using rsvg-convert. The Gnuplot scripts must plot to a SVG terminal and output the result to STDOUT for the script to work as intended. The script reads all .gnuplot files in the working directory and creates SVG plots from them in svg subdirectory. SVG plots can be converted to PDF and PNG format, while the resulting files are placed in pdf and png directories, respectively.

Autoresize is an application that can reduce the size and compression of a large number of images, long and tedious task to be performed by hand. Useful to alleviate the images to be sent as attachments in the mail.

ASCII art generator GIMP file_save plugin (in ANSI C). The generated plain ASCII text file - when viewed with the font which was selected for the generation - will appear the same size as the input grayscale image.
