Routines for wavefront propagation in IDL, Matlab, and Python
...It was developed at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory for modeling stellar coronagraphs, but it can be applied to other optical systems were diffraction propagation is of concern. It is currently available for IDL (Interactive Data Language), Matlab and Python (3.x). It includes routines for generating complex apertures and obscurations and aberrations (Zernike & PSD-defined). It includes a model of a deformable mirror for wavefront control. The routines perform near and far field propagation with automatic selection of propagators.
The latest version is v3.3.6 (IDL, Matlab) and v3.3.7 (Python).
WineBOX is an Open Source implementation of the Windows API and a program loader, allowing many unmodified Windows binaries to run on x86-based computers with out need a operative system.
The software can be used to co-localize spots in 2 or 3 movies containing single molecule fluorescence data with surface immobilized molecules. If movies are taken on more than 1 camera, offset files can be made and then used to warp one of the movies (or two of the movies if working with three). Time traces for identified spot triples and pairs can be subsequently viewed.
The software was created at the University of Colorado Boulder by James Goodrich, with the help of Abigail Horn and...
This is a set of spectral models for use in the astronomical X-ray spectral modeling program XSPEC. The models calculate X-ray emission line Doppler profiles from the winds of OB stars.
DAVE is an integrated environment for the reduction, visualization and analysis of inelastic neutron scattering (scientific) data. It is built with IDL from Research Systems, Inc. DAVE is fully supported on Linux, Windows and MacOS X.
The Network-Integrated Multimedia Middleware (NMM) is a flow graph based multimedia framework that allows to create distributed multimedia applications: local and remote multimedia devices or software components can be combined.

The aim of this project is to facilitate the development of open source software for the acceptance testing of commonly used PET (positron emission tomography) systems in accordance with published NEMA standards.
OneSource wants to be a play ground where previously incompatible technologies come together. The first release will concentrate on Compilation of core Microsoft libraries MFC/ATL/WTL/COM with GCC and other standard compilers, on Windows and/or Winelib.
