    Swift OpenAPI Generator

    Swift OpenAPI Generator

    Generate Swift client and server code from an OpenAPI document

    ...The generated code uses a separate runtime package with pluggable transports and middlewares, enabling you to swap HTTP stacks or add cross-cutting concerns without touching the API layer. Swift-idiomatic naming and code structure in outputs. The project tracks ergonomic details like Swift casing conventions for generated types and properties. Releases provide a predictable upgrade path as the generator/runtimes evolve. Together, the plugin and runtime form a standardized pipeline from OpenAPI to production-ready Swift code.

    PostgREST

    PostgREST

    REST API for any Postgres database

    ...Using PostgREST is an alternative to manual CRUD programming. Custom API servers suffer problems. Writing business logic often duplicates, ignores or hobbles database structure. Object-relational mapping is a leaky abstraction leading to slow imperative code. The PostgREST philosophy establishes a single declarative source of truth: the data itself. It’s easier to ask PostgreSQL to join data for you and let its query planner figure out the details than to loop through rows yourself. It’s easier to assign permissions to db objects than to add guards in controllers. ...

    chi

    chi

    Lightweight, idiomatic & composable router to build Go HTTP services

    ...Having been built on the latest context package, it can easily handle signaling, cancelation and request-scoped values across a handler chain. chi was built with the sole focus of providing an elegant and comfortable design for writing REST API servers. Its design chiefly considers project structure, maintainability, standard http handlers (stdlib-only), developer productivity, and deconstructing a large system into many small parts. It is very lightweight and fast (according to benchmarks), yet is still able to include several useful subpackages (middleware, render and docgen).

    RESTinio

    RESTinio

    HTTP/WebSocket server C++14 library

    ...Consider the task of writing a C++ application that must support some REST API, RESTinio represents our solution for that task. Server runs on the main thread, and responds to all requests with a hello-world message. Of course, you've got access to the structure of a given HTTP request, so you can apply complex logic for handling requests. Async request handling. Cannot get the response data immediately? That's ok, store the request handle somewhere and/or pass it to another execution context and get back to it when the data is ready.

    CVE-2021-31166

    CVE-2021-31166

    Remote HTTP.sys use-after-free triggered remotely

    ...The bug itself happens in http!UlpParseContentCoding where the function has a local LIST_ENTRY and appends an item to it. When it's done, it moves it into the Request structure; but it doesn't NULL out the local list. The issue with that is that an attacker can trigger a code-path that frees every entry of the local list leaving them dangling in the Request object.
