This library is based on the Http protocol and encapsulates the OkHttp network request framework. Promxy is a prometheus proxy that makes many shards of prometheus appear as a single API endpoint to the user. This significantly simplifies operations and use of prometheus at scale (when you have more than one prometheus host). Promxy delivers this unified access endpoint without requiring any sidecars, custom-builds, or other changes to your prometheus infrastructure. Prometheus itself provides no real HA/clustering support. As such the best-practice is to run multiple (e.g N) hosts with the same config. Similarly prometheus has no real built-in query federation, which means that you end up with N sources in grafana which is (1) confusing to grafana users and (2) has no support for aggregation across the sources. Promxy enables an HA prometheus setup by "merging" the data from the duplicate hosts (so if there is a gap in one, promxy will fill with the other). In addition Promxy provides a single datasource for all promql queries.

Requests is a HTTP library written in PHP, for human beings. It is roughly based on the API from the excellent Requests Python library. Requests is ISC Licensed (similar to the new BSD license) and has no dependencies, except for PHP 5.6+. Despite PHP’s use as a language for the web, its tools for sending HTTP requests are severely lacking. cURL has an interesting API, to say the least, and you can’t always rely on it being available. Sockets provide only low-level access and require you to build most of the HTTP response parsing yourself. Requests allows you to send HEAD, GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, and PATCH HTTP requests. You can add headers, form data, multipart files, and parameters with basic arrays, and access the response data in the same way. Requests uses cURL and fsockopen, depending on what your system has available, but abstracts all the nasty stuff out of your way, providing a consistent API.

retrofit.dart is a type conversion dio client generator using source_gen and inspired by Chopper and Retrofit. If you want to parse models on a separate thread, you can take advantage of the compute function, just like Dio does when converting String data responses into json objects. Rouille is a micro-web-framework library. It creates a listening socket and parses incoming HTTP requests from clients, then gives you the hand to process the request. Rouille was designed to be intuitive to use if you know Rust. Contrary to express-like frameworks, it doesn't employ middlewares. Instead, everything is handled in a linear way. Concepts closely related to websites (like cookies, CGI, form input, etc.) are directly supported by rouille. More general concepts (like database handling or templating) are not directly handled, as they are considered orthogonal to the microweb framework. Swagger-to-GraphQL converts your existing Swagger schema to an executable GraphQL schema where resolvers perform HTTP calls to certain real endpoints. It allows you to move your API to GraphQL with nearly zero effort and maintain both REST and GraphQL APIs. Our CLI tool also allows you get the GraphQL schema in Schema Definition Language. Takes is a true object-oriented and immutable Java8 web development framework. Pay attention that UTF-8 encoding is set on the command line. The entire framework relies on your default Java encoding, which is not necessarily UTF-8 by default. To be sure, always set it on the command line with file.encoding Java argument. We decided not to hard-code "UTF-8" in our code mostly because this would be against the entire idea of Java localization, according to which a user always should have a choice of encoding and language selection.
