Open Source Python Education Software for FreeBSD

Educational programming language tools written in Python for use with PC/104 computer based robotics teaching at the middle/high school level.

This project aims to produce elementary math worksheets & answers automatically. It is meant to be used - by pupils to get as many sheets as they want - by teachers to re-use the produced sheets in their own work. Using PimSched, you can study vocabulary the easy way: while doing something else(e.g. playing a simple game like tetris, or while walking or biking). PimSched has espeak/mbrola read out words from a wordlist(vocabulary/translation seperated by '='), and then schedules the words according to the Pimsleur approach(5 seconds, 25 seconds, 2 minutes, 10 minutes). Projek Munsyi is a project to provide localization (L10N) for the Bahasa Melayu (Malay language) (ms) especially for the GNU software. The goal of this project is to become the hub for the Malay language team at Translation Project.

Pymprovisator is a program for jazz musicians. Jazz music is based on improvisation and this program is intended to help musicians to improvise. The user sets the song parameters and the program generates a MIDI file with an adequate accompaniment.

Ppygvoc is a vocabulary trainer, written in python (uses pygtk2 - gtk2). This is now inactive, because I use pauker for that. Its also on sourceforge.

To create an Open Source and Free solution for the analysis of woven fabric stuctures. Included will be the ability to view the weave structure in 2D, 3D and profile as well as print and save the drafts (patterns).
