...OpenTabletDriver functions as two separate processes that interact with each other seamlessly. The active program that does all of the tablet data handling is OpenTabletDriver.Daemon. The daemon must be started in order for anything to work, however, the GUI is unnecessary. If you have existing settings, they should apply when the daemon starts. The requirements to build OpenTabletDriver are consistent across all platforms. Running OpenTabletDriver on each platform requires different dependencies. Run build.ps1 to produce binary builds to 'bin' folder. These builds will run in portable mode by default. -

...It has: - 12 text characters for messages and the clock; - 3 fan indicators (updated automatically); - a temperature indicator (updated automatically); - a CPU usage bar; - another bar in the left I couldn't get to work (volume?). LCDd does keep the panel on, but it can't update any info, and the clock just keeps frozen at 12:00. I've tried both the imon and the imonlcd drivers, same results. This script does get it working, however, you need to stop LCDd before running it. -

This is a simple CPU burn program for the major UNIX systems: AIX, BSD, HP-UX, Linux, Solaris etc (full list in the source file #defines) and Windows. It will discover the number of available CPU cores and fork enough threads to create a load on all cores by default. The number of threads and memory block size can be changed from the command line.
