W-Bus communication library
This is a small library that allows comunicating with a Webasto (tm) W-Bus capable car heating system. Runs on Personal Computers or for embedded devices (slim design). Easily portable. Includes a Heater manager, heater controller program and more. The GIT repository (CVS is deprecated) also includes a control unit application to control W-Bus capable devices, a W-Bus compatible heater unit firmware application and a heater simulator for testing purposes. -

IEEE 802.15.4 networkong stack covers PHY and MAC layers (PHY layer implemented in hardware and MAC optionally implemented in software). Also 6lowpan (IPv6 packet encapsulation) is implemented for use by IEEE 802.15.4 and BT LE networks. Note: due to licensing restrictions (and despite project's name) we do not plan to implement any ZigBee related stack parts. -

BlueNIC implements the Bluetooth Personal Area Network Profile with all roles as PANU,GN and NAP. The software is written as a loadable module for the linux kernel and required the BlueZ Bluetooth core stack.
