The goal of the Free135 project is to create a suite of free scanner programming software for the RadioShack PRO-135 police scanner radio (catalog number 20-135) using the RadioShack USB/Scanner PC Interface Cable (catalog number 20-047). This is a very early, quick, and dirty release. There may be bugs and the code could definitely be optimized.

The FCC publishes pools of questions for each of the three Amateur Service (Ham Radio) license exams. Two of my programs clean and parse the files and put the questions and answers into a small lightweight database (SQLite) file.
