    Two programs: (1) MorseNews sends news from one or more RSS and Atom feeds as Morse code, and (2) MorseKeyer, an iambic/bug keyer with mouse & serial key/paddle.     Free135

    A free utility suite for the PRO-135 scanner.

    The goal of the Free135 project is to create a suite of free scanner programming software for the RadioShack PRO-135 police scanner radio (catalog number 20-135) using the RadioShack USB/Scanner PC Interface Cable (catalog number 20-047). This is a very early, quick, and dirty release. There may be bugs and the code could definitely be optimized.

    fcc-practice-exam-generator

    create practice exams from FCC exam question pools for Ham Radio

    The FCC publishes pools of questions for each of the three Amateur Service (Ham Radio) license exams. Two of my programs clean and parse the files and put the questions and answers into a small lightweight database (SQLite) file. The third program generates practice tests which you can focus on particular areas of the exam or randomly select across the pool. The db file in the project is up to date as of February 3rd, 2020.
