    GroIMP

    GroIMP

    Growth-grammar related Interactive Modelling Platform

Important: Groimp migrates to Gitlab. You can find the latest code at "https://gitlab.com/grogra/groimp/". The version on Sourceforge will not be updated anymore. The modelling platform GroIMP is designed as an integrated platform which incorporates modelling, visualisation and interaction. It exhibits several features which makes itself suitable for the field of biological or ALife modelling: The “modelling backbone” consists in the language XL. It is fully integrated, e.g., the user can interactively select the rules to be applied. GroIMP provides classes that can be used in modelling: Turtle commands, further geometrical classes like bicubic surfaces, the class Cell which has been used in the Game Of Life implementation, and so on. The outcome of a model is visualised within GroIMP. In the visual representation of the model output, users can i

    Filament

    Filament

Real-time physically based rendering engine for Android, iOS, and more

Filament is a real-time physically-based renderer written in C++. It is mobile-first, but also multi-platform. We are very conscientious about keeping Filament small, fast to load, and focused on rendering. For example, Filament does not compile materials at run time. Instead, we provide a command line tool (matc) that does this offline. Filament is a physically based rendering (PBR) engine for Android. The goal of Filament is to offer a set of tools and APIs for Android developers that will enable them to create high quality 2D and 3D rendering with ease. For both artists and developers, our system will rely on as few parameters as possible to reduce trial and error and allow users to quickly master the material model. A physically based approach must not preclude non-realistic rendering. User interfaces for instance will need unlit materials. Our primary goal is to design and implement a rendering system able to perform efficiently on mobile platforms.

    MixItUp 3

    MixItUp 3

Library for animated filtering, sorting, insertion, removal and more

MixItUp is a high-performance, dependency-free library for animated DOM manipulation, giving you the power to filter, sort, add and remove DOM elements with beautiful animations. MixItUp plays nice with your existing HTML and CSS, making it a great choice for responsive layouts and compatible with inline-flow, percentages, media queries, flexbox and more. MixItUp is open source and free to use for non-commercial, educational and non-profit use. For use in commercial projects, a commercial license is required. Most commonly, MixItUp is applied to a "container" of "target" elements, which could be a portfolio of projects, a list of blog posts, a selection of products, or any kind of UI where filtering and/or sorting would be advantageous. Targets can be filtered using any valid selector e.g. '.category-a', and are sorted via optional custom data attributes e.g. 'data-order'.

    SkiaSharp

    SkiaSharp

SkiaSharp is a cross-platform 2D graphics API for .NET platforms

SkiaSharp is a cross-platform 2D graphics API for .NET platforms based on Google's Skia Graphics Library. It provides a comprehensive 2D API that can be used across mobile, server and desktop models to render images. Building SkiaSharp is mostly straight forward. The main issue is the multiple dependencies for each platform. However, these are easy to install as they are found on the various websites. If you are just working on managed code, it is even easier as there mays to skip all the native builds. Because there are multiple distros of Linux, and we cannot possibly support them all, we have a separate NuGet package that will contain the supported binaries for a few distros.

    Wraith

    Wraith

    A responsive screenshot comparison tool

Wraith is a screenshot comparison tool, created by developers at BBC News. Wraith uses a headless browser to create screenshots of webpages on different environments (or at different moments in time) and then creates a diff of the two images; the affected areas are highlighted in blue. There are two main modes for using Wraith, 'capture' mode and 'history' mode. Wraith has some built-in JavaScript and configuration file templates for you to get started with right away. If you wish to take screenshots of a component rather than the entire page, use casperjs and pass a selector along with your paths. In the 'component' example config, you can see how we specify a component name, domain path and selector we want to capture. All config options will be placed in a YAML config file. You set the headless browser, diff mode, threshold, fuzz amount and screen widths.

Image processing algorithms in pure Go

A collection of parallel image processing algorithms in pure Go. The aim of this project is simplicity in use and development over absolute high performance, but most algorithms are designed to be efficient and make use of parallelism when available. It uses packages from the standard library whenever possible to reduce dependency use and development abstractions. All operations return image types from the standard library. Package convolution provides the functionality to create and apply a kernel to an image. Package effect provides the functionality to manipulate images to achieve various looks. Package histogram provides basic histogram types and functions to analyze RGBA images. Package paint provides functions to edit a group of pixels on an image. Package parallel provides helper functions for the dispatching of parallel jobs.

Javascript Matrix and Vector library for High Performance WebGL apps

Javascript has evolved into a language capable of handling realtime 3D graphics, via WebGL, and computationally intensive tasks such as physics simulations. These types of applications demand high performance vector and matrix math, which is something that Javascript doesn't provide by default. glMatrix to the rescue! glMatrix is designed to perform vector and matrix operations stupidly fast! By hand-tuning each function for maximum performance and encouraging efficient usage patterns through API conventions, glMatrix will help you get the most out of your browsers Javascript engine.

    sigma.js

    sigma.js

A JavaScript library dedicated to graph drawing

Sigma is a JavaScript library dedicated to graph drawing. It makes easy to publish networks on Web pages, and allows developers to integrate network exploration in rich Web applications. Sigma provides a lot of built-in features, such as Canvas and WebGL renderers or mouse and touch support, to make networks manipulation on Web pages smooth and fast for the user. The default configuration of sigma deals with mouse and touch support, refreshing and rescaling when the container's size changes, rendering on WebGL if the browser supports it and Canvas else, recentering the graph and adapting the nodes and edges sizes to the screen. Sigma provides a lot of different settings to make it easy to customize how to draw and interact with networks. And you can also directly add your own functions to your scripts to render nodes and edges the exact way you want. Sigma is a rendering engine, and it is up to you to add all the interactivity you want.
