Cvsplot is a perl script which analyses the history of a CVS-managed project. The script executes on a set of files, analyses their history, and automatically generates graphs that plot lines of code and number of files against time.

Texco - the textualizer collection - is a program which converts files in binary format (typically images, sounds, 3d models, etc) to a textual description which is easy for a human to read, or to a computer to parse. Very old code (2003, 2004 or so?)
A utility to help create animations in POV-Ray, a free raytracer. In your POV-Ray code, insert variable names instead of numbers for any values which may change. An #include file is generated based on keyframes which will fill in those variabes.
