Texture compression and conversion program with KTX and DDS support.
texgenpack is a texture compression and conversion program featuring a command line utility and a simple GUI program . Compression is implemented using a genetic algorithm. It supports compression, decompression, conversion and comparison of texture and image files. The image format supported is PNG, while for textures there is support for KTX, PKM and DDS using ETC1, ETC2, DXT1/3/5 or BPTC (BC7) texture compression. Several uncompressed texture format are also supported. This program requires the installation of libfgen, also avalable on SourceForge.
A really simple (following K.I.S.S statement) ray tracing project.
I have in mind a C RayTracing library, but, actually it is an application using opengl to show the texture (e.g. the raytraced result) generated by the library. This is a project to explore and make a Ray Tracer that can be really fast, optimized and with the more options we can. My hope is to make it fully and easily understandable in order to give to the developers all the hand in the process.
A GUI (based on QT) utility to create digital photo albums using images, captions, GPS data, and more. Albums can be incorporated into web sites and/or uploaded to popular photo sharing web sites.
Convert jpeg(exif/jfif)/mpo/jps image to/from xml
This is a set of command line tools that are useful for editing image metadata. Currently it contains the following tools: * image2xml * xml2image * mpo2jps Currently supported file formats are: * jpeg (jfif or exif) * mpo * jps. These tools are mostly useful for editing metadata. image2xml can also generate a .h header file with the offsets of different metadata in the binary file. This could be used in small devices that generate jpeg/mpo/jps images where metadata construction from scratch is not required.

A tool that uses OpenCL to procedurally generate 3D models
The SuperShaper is an interactive tool to manipulate 3D meshes created from a "Trigonometry Formula" in real-time. The created mesh of up to a million vertices can be morphed interactively. The model is displayed in 3D, allowing customising the rendering. Export to 3DS and OBJ file formats is supported.
An easy graphics library using C++ in windows...
This is an easy graphics library using C++ in windows and was developed in order to provide beginner, novice, expert and advanced C++ programmers for drawing in 2D/3D. We can draw points, lines, triangles, quadrilaterals, rectangles, circles, ellipses, equi-polygons, spiral, pulses, cubes, cones, cylinders, spheres and curves in both XY / R-Theta space using it. Also we can set properties like shifting, scaling, rotation and parameters like size, position of these objects.
Convert JASC pal files to png.
Convert a JASC colour palette .pal file into a png image with one pixel for each colour in the palette. Handles ad-hoc generalisations of the JASC-PAL format: - palettes can be any size between 1 and 65536 colours - transparency is allowed using the RGBA option.

A modified pngnq: convert png images to 256 colours.
pngnq-s9 is a modified version of pngnq, the neural network colour quantizer for png images. Like pngnq, pngnq-s9 takes a full 32 bit RGBA png image, selects a palette of up to 256 colours, and then redraws the image in 8 bit indexed mode. The resulting image can be up to 70% smaller than the original. pngnq-s9 adds several new options to pngnq including the ability to augment a user-supplied palette, the ability to quantize in the YUV colour space, and the ability to give more or less weight to specific colour components when quantizing. The program also includes a few bug fixes relative to the most recent version of pngnq. The .tar.gz files have been known to compile on Unix type systems, including Cygwin. The only external dependencies are libpng and zlib. For Windows users, we have a 32 bit binary, in pngnq-s9-2.0.2.zip, that should run as is on most modern Windows machines.
