It is based on five different audiovisual instruments made of chaotic and physical modeling algorithms that you can directly control. It is based on physical modeling and chaotic algorithms entirely build in the Pure Data software.

LaTeX Slope rulers to measure slope on topographic maps
These rulers have been designed using LaTeX and the PGFPlots package by Christian Feuersanger to measure slope on a 1:25,000 scale or 1:50,000 topographic map. Slope is determined by comparing the distance between contour lines of the map with the reference lines on the edges of the ruler. The top border of the ruler is designed to measure slope with a 20 meter contour interval. The bottom border measures slope with a 50 meter contour interval. You should print this ruler on white or transparent paper, taking care of deactivating any scaling options. Check the actual size of the ruler in centimeters on the right border. Emmanuel Vazquez

Dies ist die dritte Reimplementierung meiner privat genutzten Bild-Datenbank. Für mich wichtig sind folgende Punkte: Die Datenbasis ist stabil, konservativ und immer elementar zugänglich. Ich verwende immer dieselbe Sqlite Datenbank. Die original Bild- und Videodateien werden nie überschrieben oder manipuliert. Einfache Bearbeitung wird zerstörungsfrei über Variations-Ebenen ermöglicht. Struktur bekommt Das Medien-Archiv über einen Kategorienbaum. Natürlich gibt es Tags, Beschreibungen und Anhänge. Es gibt verschiedene, z.T. sehr verspielte Betrachter. Es lag nie in meinem Interesse Anwender zu gewinnen, sondern meine persönlichen Abläufe bei der Bildverwaltung zu erleichtern. Daher gibt es nur eine deutsche Sprachversion und außer Tooltips keine Dokumentation. Es sind 4 Videoplayer integriert. Zwei können über DirectShow um Formate erweitert werden (z.B. ffsdhow + LAV Filter), zwei verwenden den VLC Player (hierzu 'plugins', libvlc.dll, libvlccore.dll kopieren)
A remote control MilkDrop2 plugin for Windows
Allows you to easily remote control MilkDrop2 VJ Console in Winamp (Windows only) via graphic interface from any browser (via tablet or cellphone perhaps). You must have Apache2 (or any webserver) with PHP 5.4+ running on the same computer Winamp is running on and some basic knowledge of how that all works. Once you've got everything set up and running, it should run near flawlessly (I was using it for a few hours continuously once with no hiccups) There's a readme.txt file inside the zip file with some basic instructions. Check out the Wiki or Discussion tab for up to date instructions, info, and more... If anyone actually uses this, please let me know in the Discussion tab - I don't know if the interest would be that high this day and age but you never know... If you're a programmer, you could tweak this program as a template to remotely control anything you want (just give me some credit, I wrote it from scratch) Not a 100% easy setup, but anyone can do it!

Fancy interactive fluid simulation for gfx fans, VJs and demo coders
syfluid is a funny toy as well as a real simulation. It simulates a fluid or a gas in a very colorful, graphic and sometimes psychodelic way. In realtime! Drag while your right mouse button is pressed to "draw" the fluid/density field. Drag while your left mouse button is pressed to make the whole thing move, i.e. to "draw" the "forces" that you're adding to the fluid/density field. Press "r" to clear the screen and "m" to open the menu. Press "1" .. "8" to switch color presets. SPACE to pause. "s" to save a png or jpg. syfluid is written in C++ using OpenGL. Even though it is heavily performance optimized and using OpenGL Shading Language (GLSL), it is a performance hog. Use "f" to show the FPS. If they are lower than 30, then reduce the quality parameter that you find in the menu from 200 to e.g. 100. For very fast graphic cards, try 400 and above.
