A software tool enabling the user to browse through an image stack created by a confocal microscope. Points can be plotted through the stack, producing a digital 3D representation, which can be viewed in 3D and compared with other plots.
AKtive Media is an ontology based cross-media annotation (Images and Text) system. Our goal is to automate the process of annoation by suggesting knowledge to the user in an interactive way while the user is annotating and hence minimizing user effort.

An authoring system for creating 3D hypermedia viewable from a desktop computer or a CAVE. Developed and used by Brown University's CaveWriting workshop. For more information, see: http://portal.acm.org/citation.cfm?id=1179661&jmp=references&coll=portal
The ColladaEditor renders the scene as defined in a Collada Document file (dae extension) and allows the user to navigate through the structure of the document.
J2RGF is a Java Framework for managing graphical objects. It contains different rendering options and viewing abilities (stretch or zoomable/movable view). All objects are placed in a raster for easy rendering and positioning.

Code libraries and media files contributed by Whoola, Inc. Includes Whoola Cyberspace, a virtual reality web browser with fly-through hyperlinks. The source code includes a COLLADA loader for Xith. Click on the "Home Page" link above to install.
XGL Viewer: A simple fast program to load the XGL standard file format and display it using JOGL (OpenGL) allowing the user to move the object around in space, rotate, zoom, spin, ect... This loader should be easily integrated into any program.
ZRay is a kind of Ray Tracing technic. Note that Ray tracing describes a method for producing visual images constructed in 3D computer graphics environments, with more realism than either ray casting or scanline rendering techniques.
