This is pascal port of the LibArt graphics library.

Lil' Vector is intended to be a simple, easy to use vector graphic editor that can be used on systems with smaller screens, limited resources, or other restrictions that prevent the user from using more complex software. In short, Lil' Vector is a simple program, for simple SVG authoring tasks.

Based on AggPas, which is itself based on the Anti-Grain Geometry, this project offers support for the latest Delphi Versions (XE and beyond) and contains some helper classes (VCL components and FireMonkey interface). MultiMon Manager (MMM) is a Library to handle, detect, enumerate and control multiple Monitors under Windows, written in Object Pascal. MMM is capable to use the Windows Low-Level Monitor API including VESA Monitor Control Command Set (VESA MCCS). You can use MMM to read out your Monitor Capabilities like physical Resolution, supported Resolutions and Refresh Rates, Vendor Informations, Firmware Version and current settings like Brightness, Contrast, Gamma and so on. You can use MMM also to send MCCS Commands to your Monitor to turning it into Standby, wake it up again and change its Brightness, Contrast or Gamma Settings. Note that this is done directly by the Monitor and NOT the Graphics Card. You can't believe that? Have a look to your Monitors On-Screen Display when changing Settings with MMM! Furthermore, MMM has methods to place a Window exacty to a Monitor relatively to global Desktop Coordinates and taking Screenshots from a Monitor Content.

Rio provides virtual pixel access to any 1, 2, 3 or 4 byte pixel map. ie: You can use Rio with any bitmap type including TBitmap's or TBGRABitmap's. Rio includes a large number of optimized bitmap editing/copying methods. The design of Rio is based on FreePascal generic objects. Therefore once a pixel format is defined, higher level generic objects can be created to edit the pixel maps using the built in generic methods.

The Forestry Commission and Natural England commissioned a bespoke data collection and presentation tool for calculating the potential for increasing the extent of tree cover across the north west of England. The data was divided into sub-regions by landscape type using Natural England's Character Area classifications. The potential within each of these Character Areas was then estimated by working groups of local experts who were capable of making reasoned assessments of both the opportunities and constraints to woodland creation. Subsequently, this project was considerably extended and adopted as a national system. It is currently being used to compile the National Woodland Potential dataset for the whole of England.
