...It comes with a platform-agnostic GIF file loader. You'll need to embed the GIF as a raw binary then create a temporary stream to package images, the resource compiler isn't up to it. The control uses the timer to update the animation. It's written in pure C, and only exposes three functions. Register at start-up, and create with "GIFAnimation" as the class name using CreateWindow. It should drop in easily to any project.

This engine is not an attemp to re-inventing the wheel. It is a more learning-oriented project than something intended to provide a wide set of features. The approach to the OpenGL in this engine is something very experimental born from my own thoughts and can be usefull in future. This is an open-hardware one-button time-lapse camera timer initially developed for a Canon 400D Digital SLR camera. It can be used to take photographs at intervals from 1 second to 65535 seconds (approximately 18 hours). Uses a PIC microcontroller.
