iceWing is a graphical plugin shell optimized for, but not limit to, image processing and vision system development. Software developers and database specialists can use Dia as a CASE tool to generate code skeletons from their drawings. Dia can be scripted and extended using Python.

...Only the pixman/cairo source is needed. The projects compile pixman/cairo into static libraries without additional dependencies, but are easy to modify if you need PDF, SVG or PNG support (in which case you will have to supply libpng and zlib.) No source files from the original projects are included, but will work as-is if you follow the instructions in the readme file. Based on cairo 1.12.16 and pixman 0.32.4. I have no plans on further support unless some files are not added to the project that cause missing external references.
