    ITK-SNAP x64

ITK-SNAP static builds for Windows 64-bit(only one file)

ITK-SNAP is a software application used to segment structures in 3D medical images. It is the product of a decade-long collaboration between Paul Yushkevich, Ph.D., of the Penn Image Computing and Science Laboratory (PICSL) at the University of Pennsylvania, and Guido Gerig, Ph.D., of the Scientific Computing and Imaging Institute (SCI) at the University of Utah, whose vision was to create a tool that would be dedicated to a specific function, segmentation, and would be easy to use and...

Semiautomatic generation of semantic building models from image series

We present an approach to generate a 3D model of a building including semantic annotations from image series. In the recent years semantic based modeling, reconstruction of buildings and building recognition became more and more important. Semantic building models have more information than just the geometry, thus making them more suitable for recognition or simulation tasks. The time consuming generation of such models and annotations makes an automatism desirable. Therefore, we present a...

    TurboSphere

    TurboSphere

TurboSphere is an easy to learn and powerful JS based game engine.

...It is generally modeled after the Sphere RPG engine for its API, although the API has been modernized. It uses JavaScript as its game logic language, and supports many common file types for resources. TurboSphere uses Google V8 for JavaScript execution and SDL for graphics, audio, input and most other game related functions. It includes a map engine intended for top-down, zelda like games. Other, script based map engines are possible, and several have been implemented for TurboSphere's predecessor, Sphere (like the Majestic Map Engine (http://spheredev.org/smforums/index.php?...

    BinaryView

    Show binary data

BinaryView is able to show 2d binary data either as xy-plot or using a simple fragment shader. Standard shaders like simple color mapping or a relief shading for digital elevation data already exist, but you can also write your own shader. As an example, the screenshots show Mars MOLA topographic data taken from http://pds-geosciences.wustl.edu/missions/mgs/megdr.html

    Motion Capture Data Acquisiton Tool

    Motion Capture Data Acquisiton Tool

Human body movement data acquisition, processing and visualization

The tool allows for data acquisition from triads of accelerometers, angular rate sensors and magnetometers to be transformed into human body movements. There are different SW blocks including: unit interconnection, data calibration, data processing and visualization. The data are calibrated by six-position test or two-step algorithm and processed by Extended Kalman Filter or Unscented Kalman Filter. The final data are fitted to the human body model including its limitations and the visualization is performed in OpenGL. System function is illustrated by: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tpy9Vtelppk .
