You can import, plot and create tracks, routes and waypoints, show OSM, Bing Aerial and other maps, geotag images, create routes using OSRM, see real-time GPS position (not in Windows), make maps using Mapnik (not in Windows), control items, etc. It is written in mostly in C (with some C++) & the GTK+3 toolkit. The program is used to create, view and edit tracks(trk) and additional points (wpt) defined in files in GPX format at the background of maps available on the Internet (or locally). You a free to choose map provider, or to define new (local) provider or to use you own background map. It is also used to prepare a hike based on the track - calculate the length, time of passage, add comments, divide the track into stages, prepare a report on (selected) track points, etc. It also has a module for a map printing (also with the track(s)) ,also rotated, as well as the ability to semi-automatically print a series of maps along the track. -

Convert GPS-Tracks to KML
Convert GPS-Tracks user-saved tracks to KML files for Google Earth.
...Under Linux, it uses the virtual file system provided by libgpod (which provides an iPhone-gvfs-bridge) and gvfs-fuse (which offers gvfs virtual filesystems as Linux FUSE filesystems). Please note that this app is rather rudimentary. If you run into problems, please open a ticket to describe the issue; time permitting, I'll try to fix it. -
