If you support family members pc you can surprise them with this program to rotate nice photographs on their desktop. Companies can rotate information on the desktop this way. This is a very nice and simple client with GUI to connect to Net4India Broadband Server. This works on Linux/Windows. It also minimizes to notification area. Hover mouse over status icon in notification area and you will get session information.

This plugin provides a nice spectrum analyzer for XMMS without being a CPU hog. You can even see the harmonics of a nice violin play. Source tarball only, helpers for packaging (DEB, RPM) needed. There are no extra features, but no bugs known either.
