EasyGeo is an open source cartography program that generates maps using explicit equations in the choice of parameters. It barely has any functionality, and anyway you'd be better off with home-made GWT widgets and Java logic. GWT-OpenLayers is OK, but don't go further in JS-library wrapping, or it gets messy.
