...If you see any errors or warnings, something has gone wrong - possibly a corrupt download or the files extracted wrong, or a code issue on the main repo. Ask on IRC. Finally, to start the server, run Dream Daemon and enter the path to your compiled vorestation.dmb file. Make sure to set the port to the one you specified in the config.txt, and set the Security box to 'Trusted'. Then press GO and the server should start up and be ready to join. -

We are four game designers from the IMAC engineering school in France, and we've been developing this project since october 2012. It has been created with virtual reality in mind from the start and will be playable on the Oculus Rift headset as soon as we get our developer kit ! This has been a big dream of mine, and I've spent the last 5 years learning everything I could about Software Design, Web Design, and most important of all, Game Design, so I could develop my own Game Engine and make games as I pleased, and I figure what better way to make myself popular in the real world than to release an Open-Source 2D Peer-2-Peer Self-Containable Web Server/Client Game Engine, and CHALLENGE other people to make branches for their own spin-off projects. -

Kenny ClassIQ (read Kenny Classic) is something like my dream project. It is a chess engine with pure object oriented programming with close-to-real-world representation of the game inside the program using OOPS. Initially I thought of doing a similar thing in C++, but after trying to develop my other chess engine Kenny in this route, I found out that it is a difficult task, and switched to using Java for the programming instead. -

Playing in your own dream world was fun. Until it started stalking you. You want to leave, but the door was locked. You have to find a key and a door in a large dark room filled with randomly generated objects and walls. And an enemy, of course, which wanders around the map and starts chasing you if he sees you. You only have a compass and a lamp, which you can refill with oil cans scattered around the room. -
