Calculates the percentage of one minute max. reps to use in less than one minute periods of time. Needs .NET 3.5 to be pre-installed on your system. It takes the one-minute total max. reps (supposed to be done at max. VO2) and calculates the corresponding timing to beep on. So, if for example you do 30 reps in one minute, that means 1 rep every 2 secs. The software calculates that and gives you the "beep" every 2 secs. ...I used VB.net to create a small turn-based board game, very loosely based on the Tour de France. The game is in English, but please excuse me for any grammar mistakes, since it is not my native language. All source files are available, so it should be easy to edit the game using MS Visual Basic 2010 Express.
