A videogame about the wonders of operating system concepts.
This game takes place in an operating system whose sole function is to simulate a virtual world full of creatures whose behaviors evolve over time. Each creature runs as a separate process. Operating system constructs like signals, files and network ports are represented by objects in this world, and their usage is exposed to running programs by their presence. STORY: EvulOS was invented by a grad student for his thesis, and later gained government research funding. But its inventor is not the only one working on it. A secret organization has copied his operating system, launching a plot to destroy the digital infrastructure of modern society. A committee organized to coordinate the handling of this crisis has hired an expert videogamer (the player) to prevent that evil plan from coming to fruition.

The project is a fork of Glest Advanced Engine for the purposes of adding significant gameplay options, graphics upgrades and GUI upgrades in order to create an engine capable of playing a series of 7 games I wish to create. The 7 games are all based on this IP: Children of the Thousand Suns: The Unaligned Mandate Each game combines a few different genres from this list and others: RTS, TBS, RPG, Sim, City Building, Breeding, Management You can also make mods of various kinds with support for all the features my own games use and possibly more. It's open source and free obviously. Most modding is done through XML files quite similar to the ones for other Glest derivatives. There may be some good scripting support as well. Currently for fun I am creating a Majesty like to play with since Majesty 2 sucks and Majesty one doesn't support easy modding. Changed the homepage to the GitHub since the repository here is being difficult and thus doesn't contain the source.

Users will have an opportunity to apply the lessons in the Novus Business Simulator. Over six rounds, the user or teams will have to make decisions on capital purchases, financing, production, financing, and human resources for a microbrewery.
College Basketball Coaching Dynasty Web Game
This is currently in the Planning stages. Using Basketball GM code as a guide. If anyone that is interested in helping out with this project should let me know as I am a new at coding and know that this is a work in progress. I hope to have this working within a year and have beta testing at that time. Version 1 will be open source as far as the basic parts of the game. After that I will not be updating this code and it will be closed source for personal reasons.
This is a hacking style game set in the early '80s
Hacking game made with standard C++ library's. Its set in the year 1981 and simulates an old dos style os. It has connection types using modem connections to the internet, BBS systems, telnet style connections and ftp. Object is to hack systems and help other people fix there systems after getting hacked for reputation and money. Wear the white hat or black hat, the choice is yours. I'm looking for people who would like to help with this project. I have started coding some of this already and is about 3% - 5% complete. Articulated-body simulation engine written in C
Articulated-body simulation engine written in C: based on the Lagrangian Dynamics, even if on a modified flavour of it, I deviced to make it more friendly in the context of numerical simulations. The overall simulation procedure (de facto a full 3D, an articulated-body simulaiton engine) is called: "Lagrangian Dynamics' New Flavour Simulations". It is delivered through sample-simulators relying on it. The modified falvour of the Lagrangian Dynamics here proposed is also a bit simpler to use and to understand than the original one. Of course it is all based on finite-differece derivatives, both oridinary and partial. Cognitive architecture with a focus on self-models
TinyCog is a cognitive architecture (perception, action, reasoning, planning, and language) with a focus on representing "self-models" (physical, capabilities, intentions, social, historical, "cognitive stream") in order to implement social reasoning and collaborative planning in a "hunter domain" test bed. We use Prolog, RDF Triples, Description Logic and a HTN-Planner as base technologies.

To log/share/analyze/optimize/simulate garden activity
An online database and cross-platform, game-like client where gardeners/farmers (small or large scale) can log their actions and measurements (such as weather, yield, current plant size). Any user can then play it back visually, or play with the data and see a simulation inferred from the knowledge database, or calculate an optimal design within given constraints, inferred from the knowledge available at that time. This is both a tool for playing, in order to entertain and inspire people, as well as a serious feedback and design tool. There will be a user feedback system to value the accuracy of the data. It is allowed to enter and share mock farming data, as long as it's tagged as being fantasy, to exclude it from the analyses. Things like dietary information, tiredness and bio-constructions will be included as well, to improve optimizations of a garden design with (partial) self-sufficiency in mind. The UI will resemble a garden, and can switch to simplified views.

This Java package handles DBPF files which are used in SimCity 4. The NEW version (2.0) has all functions in one JDBPF package. JavaDoc can be found here: "http://caspervg.net/jdbpf/javadoc/". remake of the classic STUNTS game, but more realistic; more like GTA 3
Sort of remake of the classic STUNTS driving game, but featuring many authentic elements, OpenGL graphics, and more realistic physics than the origianal, plus particular attention to internal view. It has all the features that CTruck3D has but it is much like GTA 3 ... can get on-off the vehicle, and one can climb on stunt-structures, and there are buildings on which one can jump. As soon as possible I wish to put more structures, and do better climb-on simulation. Of course heightmap is editable, a 300x300 one, and also the color map is editable so one can draw nice roads... also the position of stunt-structures in easily editable. Have lots of fun! Soon more cars and better textured terrain should be available... maybe also in-game terrain editing possiblity.
