Minecraft is a simple Minecraft-inspired demo written in Python using the Pyglet library for windowing, input, and OpenGL rendering. The project implements a first-person block world where you can walk around, jump, fly, and place or remove blocks using a small set of block types like brick, grass, and sand. This project has been discontinued for a while now. Recently I decided to come back and work a little bit more on it. I added some new stuff and here is the new result. This is a scriptable mud client implemented in Python. Its only third party library is PyGTK. It is thus platform independent and provides a good looking interface in any system.
