...User setup tournaments by defining tournament type (Howell or mitchell), number of tables (in each section), number of sections, and bridgemates, possible use of watch to oversee and follow current tournament, and some other information regarded to results, html pages, and more. User also has to decide dates for tournament, names and colors for sections, sequence of pairs, etc. After each tournament date user can mark double substituts, get results from bridgemate database and/or key in results, key in penalty (e.g. 40%-60%), key in bidding (with ongoing calculation of score). Each time user choose 'Go to end of current date' all html-pages (incl css-files) for current date are made ready to transfer to a web server. Linux Desktop program to calculate results of competition home-match, based on layout of original paper form. Form default is the "old" 21 points / set, 2 winning sets. Teams are 3 players, and they play 9 games + one double game. Calculation of the individual winning sets (and lost), and winning matches (and lost) is done, like needed to fill the official form. Print function for empty or filled form and official form to send in. If you want to try the program, just download the kavvvka.gambas file and use the gambas2 interpreter. ...I was unable to find a program that was intended to pick random dominoes as its sole purpose, and now with [bo|ne] [ya|rd], there is such a program! [bo|ne] [ya|rd] is able to produce all dominoes from a set of (up to) double 21`s dominoes, and as of version 1.1 has support for triangular dominoes. [bo|ne] [ya|rd] only supports 'typical' domino sets, i.e. sets other then double 6 must be extended by 3 (9,12,15,18,21) With a little reworking, [bo|ne] [ya|rd] can support 'non-typical' sets, such as double 8.
