This is my first experiment with the OpenGL library GLUT. The animation is basically based on textured sprite animation coupled with basic car physics components like outward centrifugal force experienced during a turn, acceleration,deceleration,etc. Multiplayer option is also available but with a few issues which need to be fixed. RARS is the Robot Auto Racing Simulation, in which the drivers are robot programs. It is intended as a competition among programmers. It consists of a simulation of the physics of cars, a graphic display of the race, and a robot driver for each car.
