This is just a basic edit of the current DarkRP. Being used Publicly on Many servers. This will just be an Edit for servers to use. Will have many mods, SWep packs etc.
An attempt to create open source client and server software to my own specifications, heavily influenced by Neverwinter Nights and and several MMORPGs I've played. Intention is to allow creation of both MMO's and smaller group or even single player games, while I build my own game during development. While some code is already written I currently consider my project to be in planning, not even alpha yet. This will be updated once I have something I feel is worth showing. Current plans: Choice to use alternate systems for things such as player/monster combat, rather than 1 fixed style of game. Choice to use 2d or 3d art for objects/players/etc. Lua for server side scripting. PostgreSQL for server side database. Eventual multiple database support (mysql etc). sqlite for client side database functions (for data not sent to a server, as in an offline game).
This project is a game quest generator that will generate storylines and quests.
