Board2D.js is a JavaScript library that allows you to quickly develop 2D board games for the web. It is extremely easy to use and contains a very rich API. Download the ZIP, and extract it to a folder. Inside it, the "lib" folder contains the javascript library file. You can include it in your projects as-is.
