LOL2
A warlords II clone re-written from scratch in Java
...It follows most of the original LOL gameplay (and re-uses most of the original LOL graphics too!), but has been tested on the modern Windows and Linux platforms. Many planned LOL2 features (such as campaigns) are not yet implemented; I'll keep adding these features, time permitting. P.S. I was just playing a "game" called "JDK8" (to learn about e.g. Java sound, Java full-screen abilities, etc.). The LOL2 is MY "savegame". That the "save" of my game is in itself a game is fun. -

Get rid of the flies in the window. Be aware of the stinging wasps
Drag flies away from the window by touching the fly and dragging your finger across the screen. When a fly is removed you receive points. If a fly poops on the window you can clean it by using the cloth. Wasps are dangerous and should be taken care of with the flyswatter. -

A -quite ambitious- project to create a functional Doom source port in pure Java, trying to keep as close as possible to the original source code while at the same time streamlining it into a more OO and Java-friendly form.
