The demo program's entry point is Dom1Bootstrapper. You can download a runnable demo jar from the files. If your default JDK is higher than 1.8, it won't start on double click.
Update (2014. May 9.):
Detailed documentation is uploaded (i.e. my thesis). It examines the system from the user's perspective, but includes some internal details too. Of course it has some extra chapters here and there to conform to the format of a thesis.
