Multiplayer Java rewrite of Simtex's classic game Master of Magic
This is an attempt at a multiplayer client/server java rewrite of Microprose/Simtex's classic DOS turn based strategy game Master of Magic. Version 0.9.7.x now requires Java 8, so you may need to update your JRE. Other than having a suitable JRE, should just be as simple as unzipping the file and running server.bat to get the server running locall, and client.bat to start up the client. See the readme for more details. Additions in latest 0.9.7.3 version: Many new unit skills and common spells now work correctly, as well as bonuses imbued on hero items and many other fixes coming out of a rewrite of the unit skills engine. 0.9.7.4 is some important bug fixes from this, but no new features. The forum for MoM IME for feedback, comments and general discussion is located at http://mom.pjj.cc/forum or can message me on SourceForge or email me at momime{at}hotmail[dot]ca
