OpenTomb is an engine that can play classic Tomb Raider 1 - 5 levels and custom TRLE levels. It is developed for fans and fun. Some code was taken from OpenRaider project and Quake Tenebrae project. Resource loading routines are taken from http://icculus.org/vt/vt/ project. It is developing in netbeans 7 + GCC TDM 4.9.2 Used libraries: SDL2, SDLimage with jpeg and png libs, vorbis (ogg support), OpenGL, OpenAL, freetype 2, LUA, BULLET. A cross-platform «Boulder Dash»-like game in Oberon/Component Pascal
A goal of this project is not only produce a small funny game. It demonstates the power of Oberon technologies, shows how a game can be written to be launched under such different platforms. Portability is a strong feature of Oberons, and I use it, - Dash has portable game code (common for defferent platforms, written in Oberon-1) and non-portable layers to a hardware platform. Dash shows the portability and cross-platform in widely look, more than mainstream solutions can propose us. Yes, I believe that Oberon technologies are very perspective for future.
Boxxx Engine is a very simple 2D engine written purely in C language. This code uses BGI graphic library and is compiled with Borland Turbo C 2.0. Infraelly 2D MMORPG engine was a project started in late 2007 by insanepotato. It was to include a client, server, map editor, animator, item creator, and designed to compile on Windows and GNU+Linux. Unfortunately, insanepotato passed away in 2011, and thus as he was the only programmer, development of the engine stopped. About a year later, PyroSamurai, took over as project lead and lead programmer. After familiarizing himself with the code insanepotato left behind, PyroSamurai has opted to rewrite all of the code in order to use the GPLv3 since insanepotato can no longer give permission for the license change. The new goals of the project is for Infraelly to become a Libre 2D MMORPG Creation Suite and to promote the ideals that insanepotato had set forth for the original engine project. • Old Infraelly engine source has been moved to github. • Old binary releases of the new and old project will be made available here. • Github repo: https://github.com/Infraelly
