In SFish you can model simulation objects with attributes and behaviour (continuous over time and not-continuous over time, latter one being events) and the communication between objects; then you can run simulations (real-/non-real-time) given a set of objects with specific attributes and see what happens in cause of their behaviour.

It is a good framework for learning Physics in simulation, Water, splash, wave and collision detection all writen with object oriented programming in c++
Yes, it is similar World of goo!! but it is a test framework for working with Simple Direct media layer and physics engine.
Currently I don't work in this project, you can use it under NEW BSD license.
Khazad is a unique game engine intended to act as a testbed and example for 3D viewing, mouse based designations and AI for the independent game Dwarf Fortress.
Framework and set of object-oriented and/or generic libraries designed for games and virtual reality simulations. Abstracts interfaces of APIs and provides additional general and high-level functionality for rapidly creating solid applications.
The Objective-C Interactive Simulation Abstraction Layer
SimKit(because GameKit was taken) is designed to allow quick and easy cross platform abstraction away from platform dependant drawing and physics libraries. The APIs provide a generic way to make common calls for drawing, animating, and otherwise manipulating 3D entities, as well as shading and texture information.
MIR is a dream of young student in computer graphics and programing, who one day thought of a game wich will be very very innovative and so customizable by the user than he\'d be able to really build and shape the world where he lives.. MIR: Make It Real
