    CrypTen

    CrypTen

A framework for Privacy Preserving Machine Learning

CrypTen is a research framework developed by Facebook Research for privacy-preserving machine learning built directly on top of PyTorch. It provides a secure and intuitive environment for performing computations on encrypted data using Secure Multiparty Computation (SMPC). Designed to make secure computation accessible to machine learning practitioners, CrypTen introduces a CrypTensor object that behaves like a regular PyTorch tensor, allowing users to seamlessly apply automatic differentiation and neural network operations. Its design mirrors PyTorch’s modular and library-based structure, enabling flexible experimentation, debugging, and model development. The framework supports both encryption and decryption of tensors and operations such as addition and multiplication over encrypted values. Although not yet production-ready, CrypTen focuses on advancing real-world secure ML applications, such as training and inference over private datasets, without exposing sensitive data.

    HyperGAN

    HyperGAN

Composable GAN framework with api and user interface

A composable GAN built for developers, researchers, and artists. HyperGAN builds generative adversarial networks in PyTorch and makes them easy to train and share. HyperGAN is currently in pre-release and open beta. Everyone will have different goals when using hypergan. HyperGAN is currently beta. We are still searching for a default cross-data-set configuration. Each of the examples supports search. Automated search can help find good configurations. If you are unsure, you can start with the 2d-distribution.py. Check out random_search.py for possibilities, you'll likely want to modify it. The examples are capable of (sometimes) finding a good trainer, like 2d-distribution. Mixing and matching components seems to work.

    The Unified Machine Learning Framework

Take any code that you'd like to include. For example, an existing TensorFlow model, and some useful functions from both PyTorch and NumPy libraries. Choose any framework for writing your higher-level pipeline, including data loading, distributed training, analytics, logging, visualization etc. Choose any backend framework which should be used under the hood, for running this entire pipeline. Choose the most appropriate device or combination of devices for your needs. DeepMind releases an awesome model on GitHub, written in JAX. We'll use PerceiverIO as an example. Implement the model in PyTorch yourself, spending time and energy ensuring every detail is correct. Otherwise, wait for a PyTorch version to appear on GitHub, among the many re-implementation attempts that appear (a, b, c, d, e, f). Instantly transpile the JAX model to PyTorch. This creates an identical PyTorch equivalent of the original model.

    Intel neon

    Intel neon

Intel® Nervana™ reference deep learning framework

neon is Intel's reference deep learning framework committed to best performance on all hardware. Designed for ease of use and extensibility. See the new features in our latest release. We want to highlight that neon v2.0.0+ has been optimized for much better performance on CPUs by enabling Intel Math Kernel Library (MKL). The DNN (Deep Neural Networks) component of MKL that is used by neon is provided free of charge and downloaded automatically as part of the neon installation. The gpu backend is selected by default, so the above command is equivalent to if a compatible GPU resource is found on the system. The Intel Math Kernel Library takes advantages of the parallelization and vectorization capabilities of Intel Xeon and Xeon Phi systems. When hyperthreading is enabled on the system, we recommend the following KMP_AFFINITY setting to make sure parallel threads are 1:1 mapped to the available physical cores.

    MMdnn

    MMdnn

Tools to help users inter-operate among deep learning frameworks

MMdnn is a set of tools to help users inter-operate among different deep learning frameworks. E.g. model conversion and visualization. Convert models between Caffe, Keras, MXNet, Tensorflow, CNTK, PyTorch Onnx and CoreML. MMdnn is a comprehensive and cross-framework tool to convert, visualize and diagnose deep learning (DL) models. The "MM" stands for model management, and "dnn" is the acronym of deep neural network. We implement a universal converter to convert DL models between frameworks, which means you can train a model with one framework and deploy it with another. During the model conversion, we generate some code snippets to simplify later retraining or inference. We provide a model collection to help you find some popular models. We provide a model visualizer to display the network architecture more intuitively. We provide some guidelines to help you deploy DL models to another hardware platform.

    OpenPrompt

    OpenPrompt

    An Open-Source Framework for Prompt-Learning

Prompt-learning is the latest paradigm to adapt pre-trained language models (PLMs) to downstream NLP tasks, which modifies the input text with a textual template and directly uses PLMs to conduct pre-trained tasks. OpenPrompt is a library built upon PyTorch and provides a standard, flexible and extensible framework to deploy the prompt-learning pipeline. OpenPrompt supports loading PLMs directly from huggingface transformers. In the future, we will also support PLMs implemented by other libraries. The template is one of the most important modules in prompt learning, which wraps the original input with textual or soft-encoding sequence. Use the implementations of current prompt-learning approaches.* We have implemented various of prompting methods, including templating, verbalizing and optimization strategies under a unified standard. You can easily call and understand these methods.

    ProtoMotions

    ProtoMotions

ProtoMotions is a GPU-accelerated simulation and learning framework

ProtoMotions 3 is a GPU-accelerated framework for training physically simulated digital humans and humanoid robots. It provides modular environments and learning components for animation, robotics, and reinforcement learning research. Large motion datasets such as AMASS and BONES can be divided across multiple GPUs for scalable policy training. A built-in PyRoki workflow retargets human motion data to different robot bodies with a single command. Policies can be tested across Isaac Gym, Isaac Lab, Newton, Genesis, MuJoCo, and high-fidelity Isaac Sim environments. Its deployment pipeline exports ONNX policies with observation processing included, simplifying transfers from simulation to real Unitree G1 hardware. The framework also supports procedural scene generation and motion authoring from Kimodo text-to-motion outputs.

    PyText

    PyText

A natural language modeling framework based on PyTorch

PyText is a deep-learning based NLP modeling framework built on PyTorch. PyText addresses the often-conflicting requirements of enabling rapid experimentation and of serving models at scale. It achieves this by providing simple and extensible interfaces and abstractions for model components, and by using PyTorch’s capabilities of exporting models for inference via the optimized Caffe2 execution engine. We use PyText at Facebook to iterate quickly on new modeling ideas and then seamlessly ship them at scale. Distributed-training support built on the new C10d backend in PyTorch 1.0. Mixed precision training support through APEX (trains faster with less GPU memory on NVIDIA Tensor Cores). Extensible components that allows easy creation of new models and tasks.

    PyTorch SimCLR

    PyTorch SimCLR

PyTorch implementation of SimCLR: A Simple Framework

For quite some time now, we know about the benefits of transfer learning in Computer Vision (CV) applications. Nowadays, pre-trained Deep Convolution Neural Networks (DCNNs) are the first go-to pre-solutions to learn a new task. These large models are trained on huge supervised corpora, like the ImageNet. And most important, their features are known to adapt well to new problems. This is particularly interesting when annotated training data is scarce. In situations like this, we take the models’ pre-trained weights, append a new classifier layer on top of it, and retrain the network. This is called transfer learning, and is one of the most used techniques in CV. Aside from a few tricks when performing fine-tuning (if the case), it has been shown (many times) that if training for a new task, models initialized with pre-trained weights tend to learn faster and be more accurate then training from scratch using random initialization.
