Other frameworks try to give you classes/functions for every possible functionality. But if you need custom functionality then you will be probably rewriting thous classes/functions any way. And if you are happy with ready solutions you will be probably going with Wordpress. So if you are using thous other frameworks you will end up with tens or hundreds of MB of code that you don't need. Sooner or later it will become a problem. With Blood framework it's different. Here all files will become yours to edit.

cocoa.php is a set of PHP classes which emulate some of the features of Objective-C's Cocoa (or GNUStep) framework. The project is in its VERY early stages at the moment.
