Apollo is a set of Java libraries that we use at Spotify when writing micro-services. Apollo includes features such as an HTTP server and a URI routing system, making it trivial to implement RESTful services. Apollo has been used in production at Spotify for a long time. As a part of the work to release version 1.0.0 we are moving the development of Apollo in to the open. The apollo-api library defines the interfaces for your request routing and request/reply handlers. The apollo-core library manages the lifecycle (loading, starting, and stopping) of your service and defines a powerful module system for adding functionality to an Apollo assembly. You do not usually need to interact directly with apollo-core; think of it merely as “plumbing.” The apollo-http-service library is a standardized assembly of Apollo modules. It incorporates both apollo-api and apollo-core and ties them together with several other useful modules to get a standard API service.

Create scalable, module-based applications with ease. Modern applications thrive on modular architecture, adapting seamlessly to evolving business needs. To achieve true modularity, though, you need more than just independent components—you need an efficient way to bring them together. This means controlling how modules load, in what order, and with which dependencies. It gets even trickier when you want to turn off parts of the system without any traces in the code, like if/else statements, and without affecting the stability of other components.

App Metrics is an open-source and cross-platform .NET library used to record metrics within an application. App Metrics can run on .NET Core or on the full .NET framework also supporting .NET 4.5.2. App Metrics abstracts away the underlying repository of your Metrics for example InfluxDB, Prometheus, Graphite, Elasticsearch etc, by sampling and aggregating in memory and providing extensibility points to flush metrics to a repository at a specified interval. App Metrics provides various metric types to measure things such as the rate of requests, counting the number of user logins over time, measuring the time taken to execute a database query, measuring the amount of free memory, and so on. Metrics types supported are Apdex, Gauges, Counters, Meters, Histograms, and Timers. Support Push and Pull based metrics collection via TSDB-specific reporting extensions and exposing metrics in the required format over HTTP.

AppDriver is a non-invasive framework for the development of Java applications. It uses existing solutions for example Eclipse RCP, Spring, Hibernate to provide the infrastructure for persistence, UI etc. AppDriver works with every kind of POJOs

AppJoint is a minimalist Android componentization tool that aims to simplify cross-module communication in modularized Android projects. In complex apps broken into multiple modules or “features,” invoking methods or classes across module boundaries can become cumbersome or tightly coupled. AppJoint uses a small set of annotations and a simple runtime API to decouple modules: one module can declare a method interface, annotate it, and other modules can call it dynamically without direct dependency on the implementation. The tool hides much of the boilerplate of dependency injection or manual wiring of interfaces. It allows progressive modularization: you can incrementally introduce AppJoint in parts of an existing app without rewriting everything. The design focuses on being lightweight and easy to adopt—only a few annotations and calls are needed. In multi-module Android architectures, it helps maintain loose coupling and cleaner module boundaries.

Julia interface to the macOS Accelerate framework. This provides a Julia interface to some of the macOS Accelerate frameworks. At the moment, this package provides access to Accelerate BLAS and LAPACK using the libblastrampoline framework, an interface to the array-oriented functions, which provide a vectorized form for many common mathematical functions. The performance is significantly better than using standard libm functions in some cases, though there does appear to be some reduced accuracy.

There is a small built-in Configuration Manager that can be optionally accessed through your web browser allowing you to create and save as many configurations as you'd like. Once you've saved your configuration, you'll be able to use the Notification tab to send you're messages to one or more of the services you defined in your configuration. You can use the tag all to notify all of your services regardless of what tag had otherwise been assigned to them. At the end of the day, the GUI just simply offers a user friendly interface to the same API developers can directly interface with if they wish to.
