CloisterWalk can test your favorite number or will let you choose a number from a list. Many provided numbers are known irrationals, others are still uncertain. Enter the number of steps you would like to walk and click the Go button to produce a graph. If a number does not seem interesting, try switching between the square and hexagonal grids. Complex Renderer
Simple renderer of complex functions including recursive
This program draws a user-defined function from complex plane to RGBA color. Currently, compiled program draws Mandelbrot set, but if you want to draw another function, you need to inherit it from 'Renderer' class in sources, pass it to 'Window' and recompile project. Including 4 versions. The first one was written with C++ and uses CPU 128-bit double. The second does the same, but was written with D language and Derelict3. The third uses GPU (GLSL shaders) to draw Mandelbrot set. It is extremely fast, but uses only 32-bit float. And finally, the fourth works on CPU, but uses arbitrary precision (OpenMP), so it hasn't limit for depth (except rendering time). -

HGL Suite

March 2013 this project was announced first to public, but the feedback was ZERO. So I guess it is insanely bad and unusable. Ok. But sorry, I decided to continue it for myself to improve my inability and unexperience in software development FOR MYSELF. Even if it seemed to be the worst thing ever, I *NEED* to develop software for my own well being and even if I apparently - after over 20 years since the first lines of code I wrote - I improved my ability not a single bit than it is like that and I can't change it. BTW: there was feedback indeed: from the own 'family': "it is done by YOU so it cannot be of use for anybody!" (Literally: it contains algorithms and algorithms are evil and are non-existent in usable software) -

HexMandala
Generating hexacon based images.
This program generates hexagon based figures that reminds me to a mandala, hence the name. Based on a given text of at least 3 characters (only letters, no digits or spaces) a start value for the hexagon figure is calculated. A set of colours is used to fill in the hexagon. It is possible to change the colours which can result in a figure to give a totally different impression. (on the colour changes only!) Changing the way the calculations are done is possible (in the configuration .ini file) which will have a far greater impackt. Read the 'Readme.txt' for details. Bimage
Bimage allows groups to view and generate images of infinite depth
Bimage is combination of javascript and Servlet scripting meant to allow users to explore images with (near-)infinite depth. Bimage uses javascript to create the images and then save them to the database for later use. This allows users to come together to explore and generate complex, depthful images. Bimage is targeted for Google App Engine (GAE), and uses the datastore for a backend, though it should be adaptable to other backends. This project is set up for eclipse using the GAE plugin. The server-side of Bimage is not required for the javascript to function, but the saving of images will always fail (or can be disabled). Follow the link below to see Bimage in action.
