pandas-profiling generates profile reports from a pandas DataFrame. The pandas df.describe() function is handy yet a little basic for exploratory data analysis. pandas-profiling extends pandas DataFrame with df.profile_report(), which automatically generates a standardized univariate and multivariate report for data understanding. High correlation warnings, based on different correlation metrics (Spearman, Pearson, Kendall, Cramér’s V, Phik). Most common categories (uppercase, lowercase, separator), scripts (Latin, Cyrillic) and blocks (ASCII, Cyrilic). File sizes, creation dates, dimensions, indication of truncated images and existance of EXIF metadata. Mostly global details about the dataset (number of records, number of variables, overall missigness and duplicates, memory footprint). Comprehensive and automatic list of potential data quality issues (high correlation, skewness, uniformity, zeros, missing values, constant values, between others). -

Formula recognition based on LaTeX-OCR and ONNXRuntime. rapid_latex_ocr is a tool to convert formula images to latex format. The reasoning code in the repo is modified from LaTeX-OCR, the model has all been converted to ONNX format, and the reasoning code has been simplified, Inference is faster and easier to deploy. The repo only has codes based on ONNXRuntime or OpenVINO inference in onnx format and does not contain training model codes. If you want to train your own model, please move to LaTeX-OCR. When installing the package through pip, the model file will be automatically downloaded and placed under models in the installation directory. -

A large annotated semantic parsing corpus for developing NL interfaces
A large crowd-sourced dataset for developing natural language interfaces for relational databases. WikiSQL is the dataset released along with our work Seq2SQL: Generating Structured Queries from Natural Language using Reinforcement Learning. Regarding tokenization and Stanza, when WikiSQL was written 3-years ago, it relied on Stanza, a CoreNLP python wrapper that has since been deprecated. If you'd still like to use the tokenizer, please use the docker image. We do not anticipate switching to the current Stanza as changes to the tokenizer would render the previous results not reproducible. -

The pylatexenc.latexencode module provides a function unicode_to_latex() which converts a Unicode string into LaTeX text and escape sequences. It should recognize accented characters and most math symbols. A couple of switches allow you to alter how this function behaves. -

An Efficient Binary data Format
EBF, which stands for Efficient Binary Format, is a binary file format for reading and writing binary data easily. Reading writing routines are currently available in C,C++,Fortran,Java, Python, IDL, MATLAB. A program called ebftkpy which has a set of utility functions to work with the .ebf files , e.g., viewing the contents and getting a summary, is also provided. The EBF specification is designed to be concise and easy to understand to make it easier for others to write their own code if needed. It is also designed to simplify the programming of input output routines in different programming languages. In a nutshell an EBF file is a collection of data objects. Each data object is specified by a unique name and a single file can have multiple data objects. Each data object is preceded by a meta-data or header which describes the binary data associated with it. Among other things, this header allows the files to be portable across systems with different endianess. -

We propose a method to mark the comments of license as sentence-token. We use the term sentence-token to refer to a sentence of a known license. A license (both by-inclusion or by-reference) is a sequence of sentence-tokens. Sentence-tokens are generalized using one or more regular expressions. we propose an idea for license identification based on the analysis of each sentence in the license statement of a source code file.
